My niece’s first birthday is right around the corner so it’s the perfect time to discuss my favorite OT-approved 12-18 month-old toys!
When you’re buying toys for this age remember these 3 tips:
1) Invest in toys that grow with your child.
2) Prioritize cause and effect toys.
3) And lastly, items that can be pulled out of your kitchen cabinets can sometimes be more fun and developmentally enriching when compared to high-dollar toys at the store.
